Desloratadine + Montelukast is indicated for sneezing and runny nose due to allergy. Desloratadine + Montelukast is the combination of two drugs: Desloratadine and Montelukast for the treatment of sneezing and running. 

An antiallergic Desloratadine inhibits the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.

Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It inhibits the action of another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This decreases inflammation (swelling) in the nose and airways, and alleviates symptoms.

Montelukast+levocetirizine is an antihistaminic drug prescribed for the treatment of allergies. It provides relief from many allergic reactions, including cold, runny nose, sneezing, etc. An allergic reaction is a reaction that takes place when foreign particles enter the body. This allergic reaction can differ from person to person. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist, which inhibits a chemical messenger (leukotriene) and decreases swelling and inflammation in the nose. Levocetirizine works by inhibiting the action of a chemical messenger called ‘histamine’.This chemical messenger occurs naturally in allergic reactions.
