Ambroxol Hydrochloride + guaiphenesin + terbutaline Sulphate + menthol is a combination drug used for treating a productive cough related to bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis (inflammation of bronchial tubes) and emphysema (breathlessness).
Coughing (dry or productive) is a mechanism by which the body attempts to expel irritants (such as allergens, mucus or smoke) from airways to prevent infection.

Terbutaline sulphate is a bronchodilator which acts by dilating and relaxing the air passages of the lungs.
